Niche RMS is a true “Commercial Off The Shelf” (COTS) product. The same system, supported by the same core source code, is being used in Canada, England and Wales, Northern Ireland and Australia.

As a standard part of the Niche support and maintenance agreement, all functional enhancements and technical evergreening are available to all customers irrespective of jurisdiction.
